The agreement, planned
- $1,800 a month, 12-month agreement paid month to month, 12-month rate lock
- Founding-tenant rate for the first four mechanics who sign
- You carry your own garage-liability policy naming Auto Barn Club, your own BAR registration, your own customers and billing
- No deposit and no payment until the company is formed and the building is signed. Today is a waitlist and a conversation.
